A landholding at 98–108 Westall Road repositioned from a refused residential scheme to a mixed-use precinct.
A landholding at 98–108 Westall Road where the original residential intensification was refused and the apartment scheme that followed was overtaken by events. Rather than hold a stalled site, Sky Jade repositioned it as a mixed-use precinct of quick-service restaurant, medical and early-learning sites.
The first lot settled in 2025. The project is an example of what development management is for: the value was in the change of strategy, not in the original plan.
