Manning is a development of sixteen residences at 52–54 Manningham Road, Bulleen, architecturally designed by Konzepte. Sky Jade assembled the site from two adjoining lots, secured and amended the permit, cleared the site and took the project to market with a full brochure and flipbook.

The site has since been re-examined for an early-learning centre with townhouses, an example of a development manager testing the highest and best use rather than building the first scheme that was approved.
