Every service below draws on a business the group owns and runs today: a modular construction venture, a trading company that buys across Asia for our own projects and for external clients, and a restaurant brand we own and franchise.
Engagements are scoped to a result, and where the result can be measured, part of our fee follows it, the same terms as our AI work.

Sourcing, quality control and freight for building materials, fit-out, equipment and consumer goods, through our own trading company: supplier vetting, sampling, inspection before dispatch, customs, and delivery to site or store.

Taking restaurant and quick-service concepts across borders in either direction: market entry and partner selection, franchise and licence structures, menu and supply-chain localisation, store design and fit-out, and launch. We own and franchise a restaurant brand and work with partners in South-East Asia and the Pacific.
