Project management
A project fails in the gaps between the people on it. Our job is to remove the gaps.
On a live project the architect, the engineers, the certifier, the council, the lender and the builder each hold a piece of the truth. Left alone, the pieces drift. We hold them together in one programme, one cost plan and one register, and we report to the owner in a form they can act on.
We run our projects on systems we built for the purpose, so the register, the programme and the cost plan are one record rather than three spreadsheets, and a change made in one shows up in the others the same day.
How we run a project
One programme
Owned by us, that the consultant team, the authorities and the builder all work to.
One cost plan
Reconciled monthly against commitments, claims and variations.
One register
Decisions, approvals, conditions and risks in one place, so nothing is decided twice or forgotten once.
Authorities handled directly
Council, water and power authorities, certifiers and tribunals when they arise.
Reporting the owner can act on
What changed, what it costs, what we need from you and by when.
We take projects at any stage, including the ones that have already gone wrong.
