A residence on a large General Residential Zone lot at 18 Oliver Road, Templestowe, held and renovated by Sky Jade while the site is taken through planning for six two-storey dwellings.

A first application was refused in 2024 and the scheme has been redesigned in 2025, the ordinary path for an infill site in a council area that tests every new dwelling against its neighbourhood character policy.
