A dual-occupancy development at 52 Ngarveno Street, Moonee Ponds: feasibility and design in 2018, then construction under Sky Jade's project management and sale of the completed homes.

Sky Jade held the builder's contract directly and managed the variations, the staged payments and the finishing trades, on the one cost plan and one register the firm runs every project on.
